| 沖擊與振動Shock and Vibration如果微動開關用在需經(jīng)受沖擊和振動的場合, 選擇大操作力的開關, 能夠改善抗沖擊和振動性能.如果有可能,將驅(qū)動桿運動方向與沖擊或振動加速度方向成90度角. 另外要選擇過行程盡可能大的微動開關If switches are likely to be subjected to shock or vibration, select models with the highest avail able actuating force. If possible, the switches should be mounted so that the line of acceleration is at right angles to the travel of the plunger. The maximum avail able overtravel should be used.直流負載Direct Current在直流負載情況下, 不要使用超過指定值的電流, 以避免產(chǎn)生破壞性電弧,導致觸點熔化或霧化. 在一些感性直流回路中要增加消弧抑制措施, 與開關和電源串聯(lián)在一起（或需要開關觸點間距增大）.Direct current (DC) ratings where shown should not be exceeded if destructive arcing and contact welding are to be avoided.
